Loki was one of the first of the fallen heroes in Avengers: Infinity War but many fans are hoping that he will return for the Avengers Endgame. There have been many theories that Loki might have faked his death or he is working with Doctor Strange.
Nothing has been confirmed so far and it is still unclear as to how Loki will figure out his way into Endgame.
The theory about Loki in Avengers Endgame
But, there is one theory which can be weaved into reality. There is this Inverse String Theory which can be true. The theory is that Loki is in the disguise of Ant-Man in Avengers Endgame. Now you might ask what is the evidence for it?
When Ant-Man, a.k.a Scott Lang arrives in front of the Avengers HQ and is seen by Captain America and Natasha on the surveillance camera footage, he stands in a specific pose. He stands spreading his arms on either side.
This pose should strike a chord to the fans as they must have seen Loki make this pose multiple times.

What is the connection?
In the second trailer of Avengers Endgame, we see Lang straying through the streets. He is looking around at the missing person’s leaflets stuck everywhere, in disbelief.
The theory is that Ant-Man managed to get out from the Quantum Realm after he got there in Ant-Man and The Wasp. However, he came out a long time after Thanos’ snap. So, this does not disprove our theory. It just means that Loki was also unaware of the Snap.
As for how he managed to NOT get killed by Thanos, let’s not forget that he’s a trickster god. Some fans also believe that he might have watched himself ‘get killed’.
Although, we don’t know why he has taken Ant-Man’s disguise. So, if we assume Loki is present as Ant-Man, he will surely try to fulfil his vengeance on Thanos. How? We gotta wait and watch.
