Isaiah Collier’s Education
Isaiah attended Wheeler High School, where his uncle served as his coach. During his time in high school, Isaiah showcased impressive abilities as a member of the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League. Unfortunately, he sustained an injury while training with the under-18 team.
Due to this, the American college basketball athlete was unable to participate in the remaining EYBL games. However, he was chosen to compete in both the All-American Boys Game and Nike Hoops.
In addition, he went on to claim the 2023 Naismith Prep Player of the Year Award and was also named Mr. Georgia Basketball. On November 16, 2022, Collier committed to play college basketball at USC, having weighed offers from both Cincinnati and Michigan.

Collier, a highly-regarded prospect, was given a five-star rating and considered one of the best players in the 2023 class. Both ESPN and Rivals placed him at the top of their list for the 2023 class. On November 16, 2022, Collier decided to commit to USC for college basketball, despite having offers from Cincinnati, Michigan, and UCLA.
NBA Draft
During his first year at USC, Collier has displayed moments of exceptional talent, which has led to predictions that he could be selected in the NBA draft as a high pick.
It is anticipated that Isaiah Collier will announce his intent to join the NBA draft in the upcoming year and become a member of the 2024 draft class. Nevertheless, due to the lackluster performance of USC, the 6-foot-2 guard may choose to stay and improve his standing. Collier faces a difficult choice between entering the draft this year or aiming for the 2025 draft.
At the age of 19, Collier is eligible to declare for the 2024 NBA draft. His choice will depend on whether he believes he is prepared to move on to the professional level or if he would gain more from another year of growth in college.
