A TikTok video posted by Kim Kardashian’s daughter North West Kardashian has sent the Skims owner’s fans into a frenzy. The video shows Kim in her short natural hair as opposed to the long wigs she’s often seen rocking in public. Fans suspect that the 42-year-old businesswoman is going bald.
Is Kim Kardashian Having Hair Problems?
In December 2022, Kim’s daughter North West posted a TikTok video on Christmas Eve from an account shared by the mother-daughter duo, @kimandnorth. While the video was intended to be posted as a Christmas Eve greeting by Kim and North, the internet spared no time breaking down Kim Kardashian’s casual home-style look. Kim can be seen wearing a cosy and dark salmon-hued co-ord set while North is dressed in red pyjama sets. Both mother and daughter can be seen lip-syncing to Baby It’s Cold Outside by Idina Menzel and Michael Buble.
Soon after the video was posted on the platform, one thing in the video caught the fan’s attention more than anything else, Kim’s hair. The internet was surprised to see Kim Kardashian without her usual extensions and wig. A lot of people suspected that she is balding or probably has alopecia as her short blonde hair seemed quite dry and looked unhealthy.
Fans React to Kim Kardashian’s Hair
The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star was heavily criticised by her fans and the internet for over-styling her hair to the point of thinning. One of the TikTok comments on the video said that her hair looked “fried.” Another suggested that “it was time for pixie cut.” Another fan commented that “it was truly shocking” to see her natural hair.
Screenshots of Kim Kardashian’s TikTok video were also shared on Reddit on the r/KUWTK subreddit. Redditors had their own theories and opinions about the mother of four.
