The trailer of “Spider-Man: Far From Home” was released on Tuesday and people have already started making speculations about the movie. But there are two things that stand out about the trailer.
Release Date of Spider-Man: Far From Home
The first and the foremost thing is seeing Tom Holland alive after he turned to ash in “Avengers: Infinity War”. Only “Avengers: Endgame” will tell us how things took a twisted turn. So we will have to wait till 26 April to see how Spidey came back to life.
The story that follows will be revealed in “Spider-Man: Far From Home” which is set to release on 5 July.
What to expect from Jake Gyllenhaal in Spider-Man: Far From Home
Another thing that came to notice was the fishbowl sitting on Jake Gyllenhaal’s head. In the sequel of “Spider-Man: Homecoming”, Gyllenhaal will be seen as the mysterious Mysterio. It is not officially confirmed by either Marvel Studios or Gyllenhaal yet.
However, Jake Gyllenhaal’s first post on Instagram made everything clear. He is going to suit up as the bad guy and the master of illusion who is loved by all. Ironically, Gyllenhaal initially gave auditions for the role of Spider Man in the first Spider Man movie.
In the movie, Peter Parker (Holland), his love interest MJ (Zendaya), best friend Ned (Jacob Batalon) and their pals from High School will travel to Europe. Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) will visit Peter to ask for his help. Peter will be seen fighting several elemental creatures to protect the city from them.
Meeting new villains is quite normal for our Spidey and this time it will be even more fun for him. Mysterio loves to play around and so does our Spidey. You are definitely going to have fun time watching the two face one another.
At the trailer’s end, Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio is seen flying around, blasting huge water dude, giving Spidey the unwanted shower he wasn’t ready for. Mysterio may turn out to be a good combo of Thor and Iron Man. The only thing is that he may not be a “good guy”.
Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio
As per the comic books, Mysterio is a big-time villain of Spidey since 1960s and looks like that is not going to change anytime soon. The FX guru and stuntman, Mysterio commits serious crimes using illusions.
He was also among the Sinister Six members who include Kraven the Hunter, Electro, Doctor Octopus, Vulture and Sandman.

It is still unclear whether Mysterio is fighting the good fight to take down Hydro-Man or he is busy fighting his own illusions and feels like a hero. Whatever it is, he looks really cool blasting stuff.
We will only get to know after watching the movie. Waiting till summers to know is definitely worth it.
