Jason Oppenheim was born in Palo Alto, California on April 12, 1977. His great-great-grandfather, Jacob Stern, established The Stern Realty Co. in Los Angeles in 1889. The business eventually evolved into The Oppenheim Group, which has a legacy of five generations in providing real estate development, management, and brokerage services in Los Angeles.
Jason is the son of Deborah and Bennett Oppenheim, both of whom are Jewish. Following their separation, Deborah took on the responsibility of raising Jason and his twin sibling, Brett, as a single parent.
