In my opinion, one of the worst parts of growing up was that my friends and I stopped having slumber parties. I’m a little jealous of people who still have that party after marriage.
The fact that Jennifer Lawrence is married now hasn’t stopped her from being one of those people.
She is famous for a few things.
She’s an Oscar-winning actress known for her work in Joy, The Hunger Games, Silver Linings Playbook, and tons more, but she’s also known for saying whatever she wants.
When it comes to her online presence, she has been known to stay relatively quiet.
She doesn’t have a social media account except for one that is used to promote Represent Us.
If you haven’t been following her closely, you might not know that she is married.
They got married in October of 2019.
They talked about anything and everything on Heather McMahan’s show.
She talked about her love languages and how she’s dealing with the Pandemic but also talked about her relationships with her friends and husband.
Slumber parties with her friends are still a thing.
She says she still has slumber parties at least once a week.
“I never know the end of the hangout,” Jennifer joked about her most recent slumber party.
“My friend came over and it was not planned, but she ended up spending the night and we slept in my bed and my husband slept in our guest room,” Jennifer explained, adding that, “he knows the drill.”
She said that her best friend inspired her to keep having slumber parties after she got married.
“My best friend in the entire world, we used to have sleepovers all the time, and then she got married when we were pretty young. I was 24 and I was like, ‘Well, I understand. It’s going to change. You’re going to get married.’ She was like, ‘Oh, it’s not,’” Jennifer said.
“I love a girly slumber!” she joked.
