Joseph Quinn was born on January 26, 1994, and grew up in South London. He studied at Emanuel, a private school, from 2007 to 2012. He was able to attend through the drama scholar program, which gave him a discounted tuition.

Career
Following his graduation from LAMDA, Quinn landed the role of Arthur Havisham in the BBC One series Dickensian. He also portrayed Leonard Bast, a bank clerk, in the 2017 miniseries Howards End alongside Hayley Atwell.
In addition, Quinn starred in the short film KIN and made a guest appearance as Stark soldier Koner in a season 7 episode of the HBO series Game of Thrones.
