The culling game arc is ongoing in the manga. The increasing curiosity and the twist and turns make this chapter the most interesting arc. Kenjaku made a pact with Sukuna, which would automatically enroll Yuji in the culling game. In recent instances, it was revealed that Kenjoku promised Sukuna a vessel and gave birth to Yuji Itadori. He possessed Kaori and gave birth to Sukuna’s vessel. The culling game is the result of 1000 years of planning done by Kenjaku. Kenjaku wanted to make a world filled with abled sorcerers and create the golden age of the cursed technique.

It is said that Kenjaku’s pack with Sukuna was that his fingers would be distributed around the world, and in turn, Kenjaku would give birth to a vessel for Sukuna, which took place with Itadori’s birth. Now all that was left was to create a world of chaos. The culling game is the beginning of this chaos. Any player that enters must play till they die.

Let us recap chapter 213 before we proceed to the next. Sukuna gains control over Megumi’s body and attacks Yuji. At the time, Hana and Angel step up and attack Sukuna. They use Jacob’s ladder to suppress Sukuna and bring Megumi back to consciousness. Sukuna, as sly as he is, uses Megumi’s consciousness to subdue Hana. The chapter ends with Sukuna trying to consume an unconscious Hana.
As seen before, both Sukuna and Gojo see potential in Megumi. Yuji also believed that Megumi could one day kill Yuji after he consumed all of Sukuna’s fingers. Sukuna could use nue, Megumi’s cursed power, and stop Takaba and Maki. The whole ordeal has left fans on a cliffhanger. Yuji has lost consciousness, and Sukuna is using Megumi. Yuta is not mentioned in any chapters as of yet. Gojo is imprisoned and cannot fight. What would become of our protagonists?
