Chapter 223 saw Gojo start his fight with Sukuna with the help of Utahime. Utahime has a special technique that helps amplify cursed energy by 200%. Sukuna could feel Gojo’s presence but couldn’t see the attack from afar. Gojo used Halo Purple, amplified by Utahime, as his first attack. Gojo throws Sukuna against a wall after he dodges Sukuna’s attack. This seems like Gojo has no intention of holding back against Sukuna. Sukuna starts to run and Gojo chases after him. Gojo attacks the bridge that Sukuna runs on and breaks it. This corners Sukuna inside a building. Sukuna escapes the trap by releasing “dismantle” at Gojo. The attack ruins the building around Gojo and leaves him unharmed because his Infinity protects him.
