Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 223 features the anticipated Sukuna vs. Gojo climax, with Sukuna revealing the Mahoraga in the previous chapter. Gojo had 3 spins left before the Moharaga adapts Gojo’s limitless technique. Gojo at this point is at a disadvantage. Yuta and the rest discussed how powerful Gojo is and how he incorporates Limitless and physical strength to master attacks on his enemies. It is now apparent that Gojo Satoru is the most powerful sorcerer of his time.
I think this week's JJK chapter is the first time in the series I'm unable to make sense of a fight, which sucks because I love piecing together what the hell happened in a JJK fight.

Given how Akutami is taking the deaths in this manga, it won’t be a surprise if Gojo ends up dead. If Gojo dies who will take on Sukuna? It is difficult to predict the outcome of this battle as both the fighters adapt to each other and get efficient with each attack. Gojo did say before the fight that he would not be holding back even if the body belonged to Megumi. This fight may end with Gojo having a near-death experience or Sukuna being saved by Kenjaku.
Megumi’s body may not be as capable of housing Sukuna and his powers. Sukuna may, at some point, seek to switch to the body made for him by Kenjaku (that being Yuji). Or Yuji can manipulate Sukuna at the right time to leave and enter his body. Gojo has hidden Sukuna’s last finger. For Sukuna to attain his maximum potential there is a possibility that the plot may progress in the direction of Yuji being able to take control of Sukuna.

If such is the case, then the chapter may focus on Megumi fighting back for his body or Yuta and Yuji tagging with Gojo to fight Sukuna. The two students will not bear the death of their teacher. Gojo was said to be special from the very first episode. This chapter can very much be the deciding point for the battle between Gojo Satoru and Sukuna.
