Recently, a fan in u/JujutsuKaisen has put this issue forward in the community to take notice of these translation issues. The fan u/nolongerateen and many others have claimed that the fan scans much better than the original translations of Viz Media.

John Werry is the official translator of the Jujutsu Kaisen manga, and fans feel that Werry doesn’t even know what he is translating. The fandom believes that translator John Werry lacks the necessary understanding of the Jujutsu Kaisen manga series.
