One of the most recent well-known people Elon Musk took over on Twitter was comedian Kathy Griffin. Musk said last week that “comedy is now legal on Twitter,” but after a wave of blue-checks started impersonating him, he made new rules saying that “anyone who impersonates another public figure will be banned.” Griffin’s account was closed when she changed her username to “Elon Musk” and started acting like the CEO.
Griffin, who had been very vocal about Elon Musk’s takeover, seemed to be done. But if you want to do something, you’ll find a way to do it. And Mrs. Griffin may have found the craziest way to get out of something.
The comedian then logged into her mother’s Twitter account, even though she is no more. When @TipItMaggieG, an account that hadn’t been used since September 2019, sent out a tweet, fans realized something was up.

Absolute savagery. The first thing to do? Change her username to “Elon Musk” and add his profile picture.
