As the last scene of John Wick 4 was being shot, Keanu Reeves gave out an emotional thank-you message to the crew.
In the video, the famous actor can be seen walking around a circle of crew members and complimenting them on their great work.
The lead star thanked them for making the event so “special.”
Starring big names like Keanu Reeves, Donnie Yen, Bill Skarsgård, and the late Lance Reddick, the new John Wick movie just came out in theaters a few days ago. Movie fans were surely ready for their next John Wick fix (March 24).
Without giving too much away for people who haven’t seen the movie yet, it’s about a legendary hitman named John Wick (Keanu Reeves) who takes his fight against the High Table around the world as he looks for the most powerful criminals.
The price on the action hero’s head keeps going up, so his adventures take him all over the world to big cities like New York, Paris, Tokyo, and Berlin.
A jet-setter, indeed.
After all that work was done, Keanu Reeves and the rest of the crew could finally take a break and relax, knowing that their job was finally done.
The actor thanked everyone who worked hard on the movie right away, as the last scene was being shot.
He began:
It’s really special to be here. I mean, look at this,” as he gestured to the small crowd surrounding him.
But,
the actor continued,
it’s not only the place that’s special. It’s all the people and everyone.
Very sweet.
Keanu Reeves also said that he was happy to meet so many great people and artists.
He added:
So thank you for all your support and…
he trailed off as the group erupted in a chorus of claps and cheers for the actor.
Since then, the sweet moment has been posted on TikTok, where many people rushed to share their thoughts on Reeves’ compliments.
One TikTok user wrote:
Simply the best.
Chilled, respectful, not condescending,
another added,
just keeps it real.
A third added:
Most kind, humble and noble man.
“Keanu is a legend and my icon,
another TikTok user commented.
