On Saturday, in the National League West the Dodgers found a way to overcome a 9 game deficit to make their way back to the World Series. Starting from an elbow blew out of Corey Seager to the whole starting rotation unbelievably making it to the disabled list, Dodgers managed to find answers for everything to make it to World Series.
In Game 7 of National League Championship Series the Brewers were eliminated by Dodgers by 5-1. At Miller Park, Yasiel Puig, Cody Bellinger’s homers and Chris Taylor’s miraculous catch in the left of the field silenced the crowd inside the stadium. Now, in Boston on Tuesday night the Dodgers will face the Red Sox in the World Series.

Dave Roberts the Dodgers man who will be against Boston’s Alex Cora, said, “In this season every single individuals in this room has played their part. But our ultimate goal has not yet been accomplished. We are just more wins away from doing it.” Alex Cora and Dave Roberts are former Dodgers teammates.
For the first time after their back to back World Series in 1977-78 where they happened to be defeated by the Yankees twice, the Dodgers have repeated it again. 30 years ago to the day, since 1988 where they registered their last world series win the Dodgers are in hunt for their next world series.
Justin Turner said, “To get it done again we have found a way.” He also went on to speak about how his mates stepped up to get it done when the big swings from Yasiel Puig, Cody Bellinger turned out to be not enough to have the success they wanted this year.
The Dodgers seems to be in balance with one out in the sixth inning along with double play grounder by Bellinger, and three run homers by Puig.
Bellinger’s sprint speed from home to first was timed to be 30.5 feet per second by the Statcast™. 30.0 is considered to be elite.
