The Reds are all riled up to be the Secret Santa of their fans as they clinch another major victory.
Liverpool, all pumped up from its major victory over Manchester United by 3-1, headed up to the top of the table. For their next match, they made two changes, bringing Jordan Henderson and James Milner for Gini Wijnaldum and Nathaniel Clyne.
The match was looking in danger as their home crowd was presented with a heavy lightning and thunder show pre-match. And when the match began, the same thunder was seen in the Liverpool players.
They started slowly as they struggled to take a hold on the Flash-fast Adama Traore. But slowly, Fabinho along with Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah started to steal the game from Wolves. Liverpool was struggling but somehow managed to take a 1-0 lead in the first half.
But the second half was a clear dominance by the men in Reds. Van Djik assisted by Salah scored the second goal for the reds in the 69th minute as Liverpool emerged victorious 2-0 over The Wolves.
