Here’s an experiment that might work. Only four couples have remained married throughout the four seasons of “Love is Blind.” Due to the low success rate, viewers of the Netflix reality dating series have devised a solution that may be worth its weight in gold cups — and no, it isn’t prohibiting participants from playing instruments (we’re looking at you, Sal and Kwame!).
Currently, participants on the show must be 21 years old to apply, but fans on Twitter believe the minimum age should be raised to 30.
“Hear me out, an entire cast of people in their 30s,”
Someone tweeted a photo of Brett and Tiffany, the current season’s most promising duo. At 36 and 37 years old, the couple is the oldest in the Season 4 cast.
‘Love Is Blind’ fans on Twitter agreed:

“Love is Blind” is a reality show where 15 men and 15 women date in pods or small rooms divided by a wall. Participants can communicate with one another but can only see one another once they choose to engage. When a couple becomes engaged, they finally have the opportunity to meet in person before marrying a few weeks later.
Fans of the “Love is Blind” show may desire participants to be older due to the current season’s chaos, as most engaged couples are in their twenties.

Love is Blind Season 4, which has been partially shown on Netflix, has included several love triangles, with the majority of participants having very cold feet. Two female cast members, Micah, 27, and Irina, 26, appear so emotionally immature on social media that they’ve been labeled everything from the “Evil Stepsisters” to the “Mean Girl” stereotype Regina George and Gretchen Weiner.
Jackelina, a 27-year-old contestant on the current season, even referred to the two women as “Frick and Frack.”

Although requiring applicants to be 30 or older to apply to the program may seem like a good idea, two of the show’s most successful couples do not meet this recommended age barrier. Amber and Barnett met on the dating show when they were 26 and 27, respectively, and are still married today. Similarly, Cameron and Lauren, Season 1’s golden couple, only partially meet this condition. Cameron was 28 when he met 32-year-old Lauren, his future wife, on the show. Lauren and Cam are still married and have a somewhat successful YouTube channel.
