According to a new patent report, the new MacBook 2019 will come out soon with a lot of exciting updates.
Apple MacBook comes only second in popularity compared with the iPhones. Lightweight, compact and fast processing, MacBook is one of the best laptops available today.
It has been years since the last MacBook was released, although another model of MacBook Air came out last year. Apple users have been long waiting for an update.
Apple MacBook 2019 specs: New Patent and Features
Reports from PatentlyApple are showing that Apple has submitted new patent designs at the European Patent Office (EPO). The patent contains plans for a new MacBook 2019 with features such as Virtual trackpad and Illuminated body.
Apple is working on a possible future MacBook that has an illuminated body that contains a virtual dynamic trackpad. The laptop will have a touch layer acting a keyboard and a dynamic mouse which can be used till the outer edges.
A light sensor down the touch layer covering the dynamic input region will have illuminable bodyparts. The active input area can be shifted, resized, rearranged, anywhere along the input touch layer.
The new Apple MacBook 2019 will have a Virtual dynamic trackpad. Apple is planning to remove the mouse region entirely and replace it with the wider trackpad. The Illuminated trackpad can also be used as a drawing pad for Apple Pencil.
Along with that, the side Illumination Wall suggests that MacBook could have a display on the side edges. While it could be just a visual glow only feature, reports are saying that Apple has been working on an edge display.
Price and Release Date
MacBook 2019 looks great on paper, but the patent design may never turn into a real device. But if the MacBook comes out with such features, it could bring a revolution in the laptop market.
The 15-inch MacBook Pro comes for a whopping $2,399 – $2,799, the future model could cost more. MacBook 2019 could easily be priced around $3499 – $3999 for the 512 GB and 1 TB Variants.
Apple could release its new MacBook 2019 at Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2019 in June. Several other reports predict the launch date at the end of the year. Stay tuned to Hiptoro for more Apple MacBook Updates and other news.
