Cyberpunk 2077 and attention to details
CD Projekt Red is known for the attention to details in Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 is no exception.
The director explained that they are trying to give the Night City an authentic Californian feel with a dystopian touch. On the other hand, cinematic animator and lead Maciej Pietras said that Cyberpunk 2077 Night City has been developed with an emphasis on verticality.
This indeed is true as details suggest that Night City will have six districts with several megastructures which can be explored freely by players. These huge megastructures will also provide different levels of loot and a varying storyline.
WCFTECH reported that the Maciej Pietras has confirmed that entirety of the game has been designed by hands.
CyberPunk and Witcher Crossover
The game is expected to have several Easter Eggs, but Petras said that he does not know how many of them will make it to the final game.
However, the most anticipated Easter Egg is going to be Witcher 3. In Witcher 3 when Geralt asks Ciri about her voyages in a different time and worlds. Ciri replied by saying there she once visited a world full of people who had metal in their hands and everyone has their own flying ship. This description by Ciri clearly hints towards the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077.
Even though developers have announced that the game is ready they are still working to fine tune the game. The developers have released a 45-minute gameplay trailer for the fans.
There is no clear indication of a release date but it is expected to be launched in 2020.
