In Singapore, a man is suing a woman for $2,300,000 because she didn’t want to be his girlfriend.
K Kawshigan, who is a director at the company D1 Racing and works with drones, is suing Nora Tan Shu Mei with two lawsuits because she turned him down.
He says that her actions have hurt his “excellent reputation” and cost him at least five business partnerships.
According to a source, a judgment from a magistrates’ court shows that Kawshigan filed the two lawsuits after their four-year friendship ended.
She told the director that she only thought of him as a friend, as per a report.
When Kawshigan first sued Tan, she may have said that she “broke an agreement” to make their relationship better.
The magistrates’ court, however, threw this out because it was said to be an abuse of process.
The court said that it wouldn’t help Kawshigan in its “calculated attempt to force engagement” with Tan.
But this hasn’t stopped Kawshigan. He is now suing Tan in the Singapore High Court for $2,300,000 because he says Tan has caused him a lot of damage.
Kawshigan says that Tan has hurt his “stellar reputation” and given him “trauma” and “depression” over the past two years.
He also says he has trouble getting new clients.
Kawshigan is saying that Tan has said bad things about him by saying that his actions have made her feel harassed.

He is unnecessarily serving court documents to me personally and he has not tried other ways available to him.
A source says that Tan is now suing Kawshigan back and that he has denied a lot of his claims.
She says that from November 2016 to September 2020, the two started to fight and disagree.
This is why she asked Kawshigan to reduce communication and meetings.
According to a report, he asked Tan what their relationship was like, and she said to him that they could only be friends.
Tan says that Kawshigan showed up outside her house in October 2020 and said he had filed court papers that he didn’t want to serve her.
The next month, a woman named Irene reportedly called Tan and said she was Kawshigan’s counselor.
Tan then met with Irene and Kawshigan for counseling, but they stopped in May 2021.
Tan was also invited to Kawshigan’s “healing sessions” in November 2021 by a woman who said she was a counselor. She stopped going to these sessions in April 2022.
During this, the two are said to have sent and received emails that talked about legal pursues.
When Tan wouldn’t talk to Kawshigan anymore, the case was taken to the High Court.
Tan is using “fair comment” as a defense against Kawshigan’s claims of defamation.
