An investigation has also been initiated on behalf of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). While this was an accident because no filming was taking place at the time, there have been a few incidences on multiple high-profile sets that have raised concerns and highlighted the importance of having an organization that takes these situations of safety precautions seriously.
