Who is Mia Tyler?
Mia Abagale Tallarico, commonly known as Mia Tyler, was born on December 22, 1978. She is the daughter of Steven Tyler, renowned vocalist of Aerosmith, and actress Cyrinda Foxe.
Mia was born at Alice Peck Day Hospital in Lebanon, New Hampshire, and spent her childhood in the vicinity, particularly around Lake Sunapee. She is also the paternal half-sister of actress Liv Tyler, whose mother is model and singer Bebe Buell.
In 1979, Steven Tyler composed a song named after Mia, which appeared on Aerosmith’s album “Night in the Ruts.”
Following her parents’ divorce in 1987, Mia and her mother moved from New Hampshire to New York City in 1990. Tragically, her mother passed away in 2002 after battling a brain tumor that had been diagnosed in 1997.

Mia Tyler began her career as a VJ on the MTV show House of Style at the age of 17. Known primarily as a plus-sized fashion model, she has been represented by Wilhelmina Models.
Her modeling work has been featured in high-profile magazines such as Seventeen, Teen, Teen People, Mode, Us, Jump, YM, Moxie Girl, Vogue, and she has appeared on the cover of Flare.
She has also modeled for various brands, including H&M, MXM, Penningtons, and Lane Bryant, and has showcased her talents on the runways of New York and Paris.
In February 2009, she launched her own clothing line, Revolution 1228. In 2005, Tyler was a contestant on the VH1 reality show Celebrity Fit Club, and in 2006, she was featured in Really Rich Real Estate, also on VH1.

In 2002, Mia Tyler wed Dave Buckner, the former drummer of Papa Roach, in Sacramento, California; however, the marriage ended in divorce in 2005. She was later engaged to guitarist Brian Harrah, but their relationship concluded in 2008.
On May 10, 2017, Mia welcomed her son, Axton Joseph Tallarico, from a short-lived relationship with boxer Dan Halen. After a three-year relationship with former Hell’s Kitchen contestant Joseph Tinnelly, Tyler revealed their separation in September 2023.
In February 2024, Mia started a romantic relationship with her longtime friend, vocalist Dewey Bragg, who is the lead singer of Moth and Kill Devil Hill.
