During the NBA offseason, the rumors will fly around, capturing the attention of fans. Among all the rumors, Damian Lillard’s request to join the Miami Heat stands out the most.
Lillards wants to leave the 76ers and join the Heat. On the other hand, the Raptors are looking to trade Pascal Siakam. Here are the top 3 trade proposals that the Miami Heat must not ignore.
Trade #1 – Miami Heat Acquire Lillard from the Trail Blazers
- The Brooklyn Nets will receive the guard Tyler Herro and the guard-forward Duncan Robinson.
- The Portland Trail Blazers will receive the forward center Ben Simmons, the guard-forward Jaime Jaquez Jr., the 2025 First-Round Draft Pick, the 2027 First-Round Draft Pick (MIA), the 2027 First Round Draft Pick (Phoenix via Brooklyn), and the 2029 First-Round Draft Pick.

There are some obstacles in this trade deal. For instance, the Trail Blazers are not interested in Herro. Furthermore, the Nets need more guards, so they would need to trade a couple of the draft picks to acquire a guard like Herro.
Trade #2 – The Heat Acquire Terry Rozier from the Charlotte Hornets
- The Charlotte Hornets will receive the guard-forward Duncan Robinson, the forward center Kevin Love, and the 2027 First-Round Draft Pick.
- In exchange, the Miami Heat will receive the guard Terry Rozier.
In this trade, the Miami Heat is getting Terry Rozier from the Hornets. The Hornets want to build their roster around Ball and Rozier to make the team more competitive.
Trade #3 – The Heat Acquire PJ Tucker from the Philadelphia 76ers
- The Philadelphia 76ers will receive the guard-forward Duncan Robinson and the 2026 Second-Round Pick.
- In exchange, the Miami Heat will receive the forward PJ Tucker and the guard-forward Furkan Korkmaz.
This trade could be very beneficial to the Heat as they are acquiring Tucker, who has great skills and experience for the power forward position.
