Looks like it’s over for Amy Slaton, the star of the TV show, “1000-lb Sisters“, and her husband, Michael Halterman.
Halterman, who is 40 years old, filed for divorce from Slaton, who is 35, less than a year after they had their second child together. A source has tried to comfirm if this is true.
A source got papers from the court that show Halterman filed for divorce from the reality star on March 13 in Kentucky.
The couple, who are no longer together, had their second child, a son named Glenn, in July 2022.
Amy Slaton said at the time that they were thrilled about their new baby:
The wait is finally over… Michael and I are happy to announce the birth of our son, Glenn Allen Halterman. The delivery was a huge success and now I have both of my miracle boys; our family is complete!
The couple also has a son named Gage, who was born in November 2020.
Amy Slaton and Halterman met in high school and were together for a few years before their reality show. In 2019, they got married.
1000-lb Sisters started on TLC in January 2020. It is about two sisters, Amy Slaton, and Tammy Slaton, and how they live their daily lives and try to lose weight. The relationship between Amy Slaton and Halterman was a regular part of the show, which is now in its fourth season.
