On Saturday, the Back to the Future cast got together again at a fan convention in Portland, Oregon.
At the event, Lea Thompson, 61, who played Lorraine in the first two movies of the series, took a heartwarming selfie with her co-stars.
Michael J. Fox, 61; Christopher Lloyd, 84; and Tom Wilson, 63, joined the former “Switched at Birth” star.
Thompson captioned her post,
Wow, honestly had the best time today with my #bttf family.
She added:
So many fun fan moments too and a llama.
The beauty also shared more moments on her Instagram stories, including two cute pictures with Michael J. Fox, who played Marty McFly in all three movies.
The former cast member of Spin City posted a group photo with his arms around the other cast members on his Instagram stories.
He wrote:
I love being at these FanExpo events and seeing some of my favorite people like Lea, Tom, Chris and all you #bttf heads. Heavy.
Wilson, who played Biff Tannen on the show, posted a selfie of the group with the caption:
Okay, so this happened. 2023.
Thompson also posted a few videos with her co-stars and a look at the event from behind the scenes.
In one of the videos, she got Lloyd, who played the famous scientist Dr. Emmett “Doc” Brown, in the shot.
Look who’s here. Look what the cat dragged in,’ Thompson said of Lloyd, both boasting smiles on their faces.
Another clip showed her snuggling up to Wilson, calling him ‘my favorite, favorite guy ever.
I love this lady. It’s so great to see you. You’re so fabulous.
She replied by saying, in the words of Wilson’s character in movies,
I’m a butthead, right?
He then called back to his character by tapping Thompson on the head with his fist and saying,
Hello, anybody home?
Michael J. Fox and Lloyd had a smaller reunion in October at New York’s Comic-Con, where they had an emotional moment together.
Almost 40 years after the first movie came out, the two actors gave each other a warm hug on the Comic-Con stage before taking part in a panel together.
The best part of this movie was working with Chris.
He also said that it was “fun” to work with Chris because “he’s just genius.”
He also said that the two had “instant chemistry,” and Lloyd said that Michael J. Fox was the “King of Exposition.”
Many fans have also talked about Michael J. Fox’s health getting worse.
In 1991, the actor who played Doc Hollywood was told he had Parkinson’s Disease.
As he stumbled on stage at the Comic-Con event, it was clear that the degenerative disease was having a physical effect on his body.
Since he was told he had the disease, the famous actor has spent his life raising money to study it.
Since then, he has used the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research to raise more than $1 billion for research.
Michael J. Fox was given an honorary Academy Award in November for all of his work on the disease.
