A Mississippi woman flew to Malaysia and her video went viral for canceling the taboos and proving the country’s beauty. In her TikTok videos, she tells how wrong America is for thinking Malaysia is a third-world country when it isn’t. Tiffany Werner, hailing from McHenry, Mississippi, visited Malaysia for six days. Right at the beginning of her trip, she started showing off the country’s beauty and impeccable infrastructure. The video went viral for all the right reasons.
Tiffany visited a shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur and filmed the beautiful infrastructure in Malaysia’s heart. The 42-year-old mother is taken by surprise. She can be heard saying, “For all of my people in America who think I’m in some third-world country, does this look third-world to you? We have nothing like this where we’re from. Love it.” As Tiffany spoke, one could see multiple floors and a series of escalators cascading in a zig-zag pattern between them in the mall. Tiffany Werner is a travel influencer and has similar videos on her channel. However, Malaysia’s beauty beat every single video and is the most-viewed content with over 2.5 million views.

Malaysia is NOT a Third-Wold country, proves video
Tiffany Werner explained why she used the term ‘third-world’ while talking about Malaysia. That’s because her friends back in her hometown have used the exact term to describe the country. Moreover, the said term is never mentioned in good taste. The term “third world” originated during the Cold War as a way to describe countries that were not aligned with either the Soviet Union or the US. It then evolved into a catch-all term used to describe non-Western countries.
Tiffany explains, “I feel like a lot of Americans, at least the people near me, really don’t know how people in other countries live.” She continued, “I’d walk into a mall and just get chills all over my body because of the way it looked. I felt so excited. The new technology that Malaysia has just far outweighed my deepest imagination. It was fancy and fabulous. I mean, first class. If you go on Google Earth and look up where I’m from, you can see how sheltered my children were, and how much better all the fun stuff here that is literally at their fingertips.” She concluded, “I was a kid, I would be going crazy.”

Eat whatever you want! Tiffany continues, “If you wanted Indian food, Italian food, Chinese food, it was all there. It was like we couldn’t eat enough.” She compared the Uber services as well. Tiffany says, “It really did show that they work so hard and put so much care into it. I mean, even the drinks were wrapped up well.” She said that she was used to feeling like “half your coke is going to be all over the place and the french fries are going to be cold by the time the order gets to you.”
