Let’s meet Ethan Dearman who became famous overnight as his small gesture of kindness didn’t go unnoticed. He’s a security guard who works at the Morrisons supermarket in Giffnock, Scotland.
Last week when he was taking a usual round around the store he noticed a lonely Golden retriever in the rain. He immediately went near to the adorable doggo and held his umbrella over him so that the dog wouldn’t get wet. And believe me, the internet loved it!

It turns out that it was not raining at the time when the dog was tied to the post. Since the dog belonged to someone else, Ethan could not remove him when it started to pour cats and dogs.
So as an immediate decision he shared his umbrella with him.
A 25-year-old tattoo artist, from Glasgow, Mel Gracie was passing with her car who captured this sweet moment. No sooner did he uploaded the picture in her twitter account and captioned it –
“Shout out to this @Morrisons security man keeping this good boy dry.
He said, ‘Well, you never know how dogs feel about the rain.”

Soon Ethan went viral on the internet. The tweets with the photo received over 143,000 likes with nearly 20,000 retweets.
People were praising him for his kind gesture and good deeds. Some were calling him a good man and some were referring to him as a hero. It also wasn’t long until the owner of the dog David Cherry also found his dog going viral on the internet and he thanked Ethan for his kindness.
