Game of Thrones has ended, and there’s no purpose left for us anymore. There have been many theories as to how the last season could have been better. But, here are 9 deleted/extended scenes that will provide fresh insight into what you had already watched before.

Lord Varys and Littlefinger in Game of Thrones season 2
https://youtu.be/NMkZGRNDHC0
Foreshadowing has never been so relevant in GOT. And Littlefinger’s deaths was one of the biggest shocks of season seven. Here, Lod Varys’s cursed talks have become very important.
Littlefinger is boasting about his friends, and that is such an irony because ultimately they betrayed him. So, it has been proved that Varys has better friends than Baelish.
The Hound and Sansa Stark
https://youtu.be/7tHnViKtPTA
This is going to be weird for the Game of Thrones fans who have forgotten the negative side of the Hound.
And this scene is a bit awkward, but this shows an early phase of how Sansa Stark has toughened up. This is how the Lady of Winterfell has grown.
Margaery Tyrell and Loras
In this scene of Game of Thrones season 2, Margaery is trying to plot her next move. She is trying to comfort her brother after giving him the news of his true love’s death.
Pycelle and Tywin Lannister
https://youtu.be/lMXJlUIQP94
This deleted Game of Thrones scene is so great that we don’t know why it was cut in the first place. It is a scene where both the characters are getting the chance to reveal their intelligence.
Bronn and Shae
https://youtu.be/6Ja9I0oOUGc
This is a scene from Game of Thrones season 4. So, it is quite weird that this scene was cut because this scene shows important character motivation as to why Shae testified against Tyrion. If this scene were included, the audience would have got a fair idea about Shae’s emotional state.
Mace Tyrell and Olenna Tyrell
This was back in Game of Thrones season 6, where you can just see the sassy and witty side of Olenna Tyrell.
Tormund and Ser Alliser
It is sort of a foreshadowing. And it was cut because somehow, Tormund was the reason behind Jon’s murder. How? By pointing out that Ser Alliser has no control over the Wildlings. And that is because of Jon Snow.
Cersei’s miscarriage in Game of Thrones
There was a lot of discussion around Cersei’s unborn child. In GOT season 7, Cersei had told Jaime that she was pregnant. But, it was quite confusing when Euron Greyjoy told her that he was going to put a baby in her womb in season 8. But, we didn’t get any clues about it later. And it could have continued the plot.
So, it turns out that there was a scripted miscarriage scene, but it wasn’t aired. But, this really changes Cersei’s arc in the final season of Game of Thrones.
Ser Pounce’s death
So. this might not be that interesting but, Cersei executed ser Pounce. And it has been confirmed by D&D.
