She proceeded further, claiming how Uraraka was born into a perfectly comfortable life, while on the other hand, Toga was asked to suppress herself.
My Hero Academia Chapter 392 ended on a cliffhanging note with Himiko Toga stabbing Uraraka while remembering Twice asking her Villain name.
In addition to continuing Uraraka and Toga’s conflict, My Hero Academia Chapter 393 could concentrate on Toga’s background and villain name.

If Toga get a villain name i think it will be Blood Sparrow or Bloody Sparrow since imagery of sparrow being drenched in blood quite prominent in Toga story. There actually Sparrow bird called Vampire ground finch who suck blood. I can see Hori make reference to that.

While few others refuse to accept Toga as a villain. Horikoshi, so far, has arguably created one of the most unique female characters with a twisted background. We do not know yet if we can call Toga a villain.
I don’t think she’ll get/have chosen a villain name. I don’t think she recognised herself as a villain so far, just as someone who wanted to be allowed to live freely, and that’s why she doesn’t have one. Maybe that chapter will be about her reflecting. It would be lame and out of character, but there needs to be progress, so I expect she’ll at least be brought to the point of listening to what Uraraka has to say.
