My Hero Academia or Boku No Hero Academia is an action Adventure manga written and illustrated by Kohei Horikoshi. The Manga follows Izuku Midoria, also known as Deku. Deku is born without any Quirks. In a world where having a quirk is the norm, Deku strives to become a hero without one. Deku gets noticed by All Might, who chooses Deku as the next successor of his powers, called One For All. Deku joins his dream academy, UA, and thus starts his journey to becoming the world’s number one superhero.

In chapter 400, we saw All Might use all the powers his suits had to attack All For One. This doesn’t affect All For One much, as he uses age regression to heal his powers and body. Not only that, Hgakure realizes that she is starting to get visible due to her not being able to handle her emotions and losing her quirk.

My Hero Academia Chapter 401 is titled ” The Lunatic,” In this chapter, we see that Stain and All Might work together to Kill All For One. Stain has absorbed some of All For One’s blood and is trying to control him.
As Stain moves closer to the fight, he notices so much blood and debris and realizes that the blood isn’t All Might’s at all. All For One uses “Phlebotomy” and “Forced Activation” to modify his blood. First, the blood leaves his body then All For One uses Antigen modification to change his blood type completely, leaving Stain’s quirk useless.

Stain was of great use to the villain league, and they have no use for him anymore. Therefore, All For One goes into full mode to attack the former villain. Stain left the villain’s organization on his own. This was enough to make them believe that Stain was planning against the villains, and thus, he had taken some measures already.
A mouth appears from the back, mostly a quirk of All For One, and bites stain, leaving him to lose a lot of blood. Stain then tells All Might to win the fight before being dragged into a void. All For One might have absorbed Stain’s Quirks with that move. All Might then attacks All For One, but now All Might’s body is too weak to keep up. The lats of Hercules defends All Might with whatever power is left before getting destroyed by All For One. All right, sees visions of his past and Night eye again. This makes him realize that his body is giving up.
The police then announce that All For One is getting closer to Shigaraki. In the last panel, we see that UA Island is falling down, and there is the bloody body of All Might.
