The Indiana Pacers’ center Myles Turner is likely to play for the Boston Celtics in the upcoming season. The Celtics have enjoyed their share of success in the recent season. They made it to a number of conference finals and NBA finals as well. But even Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown have not managed to add a championship to their trophy collection.
Myles Turner played 62 games for the Pacers last season and averaged 18 points, 1.4 assists, and 7.5 rebounds per game. Brown and Tatum are probably giving all they can, and the Celtics are not going to trade them. But other changes look imminent. They landed Kristaps Porzingis and now are eyeing Myles. Can they sign him as well? Here is all the information you need about the trade between the Boston Celtics and the Indiana Pacers involving Myles Turner.
What would the Celtics offer for Myles Turner?
The Celtics can offer Malcolm Brogdon, Robert Williams, Payton Pritchard, and a first-round pick each from the years 2024 and 2027 in exchange for Myles Turner. The Nuggets won the championship this year courtesy of the size advantage they had over the Heat and the Celtics might do the same to win a title while they have stars on their roster.

Why would the Celtics like to sign Myles Turner?
The Celtics are revolutionizing since they see it as a way to success. Marcus was traded to sign Kristaps, and now they are giving up on 3 players and 2 draft picks to sign Myles to pair him. The Celtics might run rampant if this deal goes through. The duo of Myles and Kristaps protecting Brown and Tatum would make the Celtics nearly unstoppable.

Why would the Pacers let Myles Turner go?
The Pacers will get Williams in this deal who is an excellent big man and can guard nearly everybody. His health might be an issue, but are the Pacers doing this deal solely for him? No. They are getting two draft picks here, which are going to be invaluable for them.
Will the Celtics readily spend this much assets and draft capital on a single player? How would it help the Pacers in making them better? We’ll keep you updated.
