The Philadelphia 76ers are considering trading their superstar guard, James Harden, to the Chicago Bulls, which came as a surprise for all the Harden fans. An NBA writer has proposed a deal between the Bulls and the Sixers in which the Bulls will acquire Harden and offer him a good role on the roster. Here is the complete story!
Harden’s Plan to Play with Sixers and Relationship with Moray
The two most anticipated NBA trades of the year are Damian Lillard and James Harden. Now, since the Milwaukee Bucks have acquired Lillard, all eyes are set on Harden’s trade situation.
Recently, an NBA writer has proposed a trade deal between the Chicago Bulls and the Philadelphia 76ers. The Bulls could use Harden to solidify their defense.
Andy Bailey of the Bleacher Report said:
“For all the understandable criticism of Harden’s playoff performances and his ugly exits from multiple teams, he’s still one of the game’s best playmakers.”
“He’s averaged at least 20 points and 10 assists in each of the last three seasons, and he’d undoubtedly moneyball the Bulls’ offense right out of the bottom 10.”
Harden has a bad relationship with the general manager “Daryl Morey” of the Sixers. As per the interview given to the media on October 13th, Harden still wants to play for the franchise. However, his relationship with Morey can’t be fixed.
If the Clippers consider Terance Mann untouchable they simply are not serious about trading for James Harden https://t.co/jbOd1Ecgq4

James Harden Stats, Career Average, and Potential Destination
While playing for the Sixers, Harden averaged around 21 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 10.7 assists in the last season. The bearded star led the NBA league with the highest assists in his career for the second time.
James picked up the $35.6 million player option on 30th June before the free agency opened and requested his trade to the Clippers.
The Bulls had Lonzo Ball in the last season, who wasn’t available for play. So, adding James Harden to the roster would be highly beneficial for the organization.
Harden would especially be beneficial for the Bulls as they are considering to trade Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan.
