Klay signed a 5-year contract worth $189.9 million with the Golden State Warriors. He still has one year left on his contract with the Warriors. Thompson will make around $43.2 million in the upcoming NBA Season. The shooting guard joined the Warriors in 2019 and could be on the trading block next year.

“Absolutely. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. To play for one franchise, man? That’s so rare. In any sport. Football. Baseball. Basketball. Australian Rules Football. To play for one club is insane. It’s some real legendary stuff.”
