The Los Angeles Clippers guard and forward Paul George is likely to play for the Philadelphia Sixers in the upcoming season. James Harden is finally going to get his wish; the player is set to get traded to the Clippers very soon. The scenario escalated very quickly after the 34-year-old point guard called the Sixers’ president a liar publicly. Following that, a lot of teams pulled their interest from the star guard, and now the Clippers have a clear chance of landing him.
We have already seen one rigid trade happening this offseason. Damian Lillard has managed to make his way to the Milwaukee Bucks from the Portland Trail Blazers. Will James Harden succeed in getting traded as well? The Sixers would try to get George on their roster if that happens. Will they be able to pull it off? Here is all the information you need about the trade between the Los Angeles Clippers and the Philadelphia Sixers involving Paul George.
What would the Sixers offer for Paul George?
The Sixers are expected to offer James Harden, PJ Tucker, and one first-round pick each from the years 2026 and 2029 in exchange for the Clippers’ #13. The Sixers do not want to trade Harden to the Clippers, but looking at the decline in his price value, they would be relieved to get such an offer.

How did Paul George perform last season?
The Fresno State Bulldogs product played 56 games for the Clippers last season and averaged 23.8 points per game. He also charted 5.1 assists and 6.1 rebounds while shooting 37.1 percent from beyond the arc. The eight-time NBA All-Star would be a great addition to the Sixers roster.
"I can't really say we're overlooked. We haven't done nothing yet, so we're not the team to beat. We're not the best team out there. We got a lot to prove… we haven't answered all the questions we need to answer."

Why would the Sixers like to sign Paul George?
Rumors suggest that the reigning MVP Joel Embiid will ask for a trade as well if James gets traded. The Sixers want to replace their point guard with PG-13 so as to convince Embiid to stay since he thinks that Harden’s departure would weaken the Sixers.
Will the Sixers be able to convince or replace James Harden? How will the Clippers line up next season?
