The Golden State Warriors will be head-to-head with the Portland Trail Blazers in tonight’s match. However, the big question is whether or not Draymond Green is playing tonight.
Draymond Green Suspended Indefinitely: Could the Warriors Survive Without Him?
Draymond Green has a history of suspensions. He was recently suspended for striking Jusuf Nurkic. The GSW forward has been suspended indefinitely for his unsportsmanlike act.
The incident took place on December 12 against the Phoenix Suns while 8:23 remaining in the 3rd quarter. Green was ejected after he got Flagrant Four 2. Now, to return to the league, he will have to meet certain requirements.
While Draymond Green has been suspended, there are not a set number of games he will miss.
The Golden State Warriors are clearly struggling without Green on the court. Steph Curry has not been able to carry the Warriors without Green. The Golden State are currently 11th in the Western Conference with a record of 11-14.
Is Draymond Green Playing Against the Portland Trail Blazers?
The Warriors will be facing the Portland Trail Blazers in the Sunday night match. As per the latest injury report, only one player is out against the Blazers, Gary Payton II.
Payton II has a calf injury, but he is back on the court and can do light practice. However, he needs to be evaluated before he makes his comeback on the court.
Draymond Green will throw a punch, try to choke someone out, and kick another player in the groin, & then immediately go on a podcast & claim he’s “the ultimate teammate.”
