Why would the Portland Trail Blazers Trade Jerami Grant?
The Portland Trail Blazers are likely to rebuild in the post-Lillard era. They are getting rid of a very expensive contract and are adding two decent players to their roster. Isaiah and Fournier can either be traded or used as per requirement.
