Currently, there is a lot going on at the backstage of the league. Teams are making quick and bold decisions to move and acquire players, even superstar players.
The New Orleans Pelicans had a disappointing season last year. Their star player, Zion Williamson, is injured. Could he become healthy before the next season kicks off?
If he becomes healthy and the Pelicans have a good time in the league, they may extend Ingram’s contract. But if they don’t have a good season, they are likely to move him. But could they move him to the Sixers?
Why Do the Pelicans Want to Move Ingram to the Sixers?
The Pelicans are getting the best deal here. They will receive the superstar guard and potential Hall of Famer, James Harden, in this trade.
Harden fits well on the Pelicans’ roster and will be a good pair for Zion Williamson if Zion becomes fit.
Apart from that, the Pelicans will receive Harris, who is a great floor spacer and can fill the void left by Brandon Ingram. Above everything, the Pelicans will gain some quality picks in this deal.
Could the Sixers Trade James Harden for Ingram?
James Harden‘s trade value has hit an all-time all. The Sixes won’t be able to obtain a desired return for him. Moreover, they even have to attach some draft picks to acquire Brandon Ingram in this trade.
Ingram is one of the most dynamic players who has the ability to create his own unique shots. He would be an ideal player for the Sixers.
