NBA free agency 2019 has changed the stats on entire teams, and the time of big three is over. Power duos have been formed in every team, and they are ready to lead the NBA charts. Kawhi Leonard and LeBron James are the names who have single-handedly taken their teams for winning the NBA trophy. Even Kevin Durant has done it two times, but since he is injured, his name is not added in the list.
Further, names such as Anthony Davis and Paul George, who were always in the shadow, will now have a chance to come out at the top. Russel Westbrook has also been reunited with his former teammate James Harden, and the tandem looks strong. Here are the NBA power rankings for Clippers, Lakers, and Rockets, and reasons why they have the best shot at NBA 2020 title.
Los Angeles Clippers
Kawhi Leonard changed the entire fate of the NBA by joining the LA Clippers in the free agency. What made the biggest difference was the Leonard convinced Paul George to request a trade and join him in the new Clippers team. He was named as the MVP of the last NBA final where he ended the streak of Golden State Warriors and helped the Canadian team Raptors to win their first NBA finals.

In the entire history of the NBA, it has happened for the first time that a player has changed team after winning finals MVP. Leonard and George along with Lou Williams, are all awards winning players. If the trio plans their gameplay and balances the games out than the Clippers are a sure shot the next NBA champions.
Los Angeles Lakers
LeBron James is the biggest player in the Lakers and the whole of the NBA. Even when he is not doing, his stats are far better than other average players. James had an average of 27.4 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 8.3 assists in NBA 2018-19 season, which is considered very low for him, while other players in basketball can’t have such scores in their entire career.
LeBron James and Anthony Davis will both come into the 2019-20 season well rested w/ massive chips on their shoulders.

Anthony Davis was signed in by the Lakers in one of the biggest NBA trade deals during the draft lottery. The playing style of Davis and James have been changed to match up with their age and abilities. DeMarcus Cousins, who was having a tough time getting deals in the free agency, can turn out to be the biggest breakthrough for the Lakers. The trio of James, Davis, and Cousins have the ability and potential to beat any NBA team and win the next title easily.
Houston Rockets
Houston Rockets did not make any major deals during the free agency, but they kind of nailed it by trading in Russel Westbrook afterward. James Harden is already one of their best players whose career record is as good as the NBA legend Michael Jordan. Harden currently leads the league table with 36.1 points per game and an average of 6.6 rebounds, 7.5 assists, and 2.0 steals.
James Harden sat in the front row during today's press conference. He walked in with Westbrook and was leaning forward in his chair all 20 minutes. I was told he was there in support of his friend, Westbrook, and did not speak because he wanted all the focus to be on Westbrook

Even Westbrook was named as the MVP in NBA 2016-17 season and managed to do a triple-double for three times. Westbrook and Harden reuniting could be the biggest game-changer for the Rockets. Add the third star in the form of Eric Gordon, and they are kind of unbeatable. Rockets are currently considered to top the charts in Conference tables and maybe even won the NBA title also.
