Los Angeles Lakers were not able to get a big name in the free agency and Kawhi Leonard signed with the Clippers. To fill in the gap, the Lakers signed a lot of mid-level players. Danny Green and DeMarcus Cousins are some of the names that the Lakers got in the free agency. But they didn’t stop at that and added a lot more players and now their roster is almost full.
The Lakers needed new players to support the duo of LeBron James and Anthony Davis, which is still somewhat not done. The Lakers have now only one open spot on their roster and they need to make a smart move. Carmelo Anthony, Andre Iguodala, and Kyle Korver are the few names that the Lakers team is considering to fill the last spot.
Carmelo Anthony
The former Rockets star Carmelo Anthony was always attached with the Lakers, as he and LeBron James are good friends. The Lakers could easily use Melo as he has plenty of experience with the ball. Even the player himself is unable to find a good deal and will easily settle on the chance to play with James. Most of the rumors say that the Lakers are also interested in Carmelo and a deal will soon be announced.

Andre Iguodala
Andre Iguodala was traded to the team of Memphis Grizzlies by the Golden State Warriors in the free agency. It is a known fact that the Grizzlies will trade Iguodala as he is nothing more than an asset to them. The 35-year-old player has a lot of experience and is coming from the fresh final at Warriors. The Lakers could offer a deal to sign in Iguodala as he is a player who has previously matched up to LeBron James.
There is some belief within league circles that the Grizzlies are prepared to take Andre Iguodala into the season unless they receive a trade offer featuring a future first-round pick

Kyle Korver
Kyle Korver is another experienced player who has also played along with LeBron James and can handle him well. The 38-year-old player used to play with James in the Cleveland Cavaliers team. Korver has been waived off by the Phoenix Suns and it is the perfect opportunity for the Lakers to sign him without waiting any further.
