Why would the Hornets like to send Gordon Hayward away?
The Hornets would love to do this deal in context to their salary cap since they are getting two players whose contracts expire very soon and the third is Graham. They can keep Graham, as he is their former player and would work nicely as a backup point guard. Bullock and Birch are quality players and will improve the roster as well. There have been some whispers about Hayward’s desire to leave the team as well. This deal works in favor of the Hornets in every sense.
