Why Do the Toronto Raptors Want to Trade OG Anunoby to the Grizzlies?
The Toronto Raptors are not receiving a lot of returns for OG. They have turned down 4 unprotected draft picks for their star wing, so it would be a question of whether or not they will trade Anunoby for this return. However, they have definitely learned a lesson by holding their players and not receiving much in exchange.
However, experts suggest that the Raptors are getting good value in this trade as they are getting Clarke, who is a very skilled defensive big man and can be a part of their rebuilding process. Apart from that, they will also gain the unprotected picks, making this trade balanced.

The Memphis Grizzlies are not giving up a lot of their assets to acquire Anunoby from the Raptors. But they lack a defense player on their wing, and OG could be an ideal fit. However, we are not sure whether they will replace Brooks or any other player in this deal, as Anunoby is an expensive player and will be a great upgrade to their roster.
