The Heat had their eyes set on Damian Lillard; the player also wanted to play for them, but they could not offer what the Blazers wanted. The Raptors were speculated to blow up their roster this summer but they did not for whatever reason. Both Anunoby and Pascal Siakam are still a part of their squad.
