Chicago Bulls are expected to make some trades this season. Two players that could potentially move are Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan. Who could they expect in return if the Chicago Bulls move LaVine to the Miami Heat?
Heat Eye LaVine Trade, Could Flip Tyler Herro in Return
Miami Heat’s Tyler Herro is on the move, and if the Bulls move LaVine to the Heat, the Heat could flip Herro in return.
Zach LaVine is a two-time all-star player and one of the most talented wing scorers on the Bulls’ roster. However, the Bulls’ are not looking good in the 2023-24 NBA Season, and they are expected to make some trades. LaVine is on the radar due to his history of frequent injuries.
LaVine is one of the best 3-point shooters on the Bulls’ roster, and he is just 28 years old. Moreover, he still has 3 years of contract left with the Bulls, but the only reason the Bulls are moving him is the frequent injuries.
LaVine recently revealed that the Miami Heat is his favorite trade destination. If the Heat agrees to trade for LaVine, which will be a huge risk due to his injury-prone nature, then they could flip Tyler Herro in the deal.
According to experts, this Herro would be the best return the Bulls could get for LaVine. Moreover, if LaVine becomes healthy, the Heat is getting an ideal player in the deal.

In a popular NBA podcast, “Ball Don’t Lie,” Jake Fischer came up with the idea of Herro to Bulls and LaVine to the Heat.
Fischer said:
“Kyle Lowry’s salary, Tyler Herro and picks for Zach LaVine and Alex Caruso would, to me, be a nice get for Miami.”
“I don’t know how much better the Bulls will be receiving than someone who, in theory, has untapped upside and is young in Tyler Herro.”
Could the Heat Take the Risk By Acquiring Zach LaVine from the Bulls?
While flipping Herro for Zach is an absolute great deal for the Heat, his knee injury is still a serious concern, making the Heat reconsider their decision to trade for LaVine. He has been struggling with a knee injury for the past few seasons.
The Heat must consider trading for Zach LaVine since they recently lost to the Bulls 102-97. They have not been able to score high in the recent games, and LaVine could overcome the shortcomings of the Heat.
