The Boston Celtics are on a roll this season, they are on the top of the table in the Eastern Conference with a record of 16-5. They are yet to lose a game in their own backyard. The Celtics had done their homework in the summer and they are reaping their fruits now. What should be the plan of action now?
Well, nobody wants to disturb perfection but the Celtics management probably thinks otherwise. There are speculations that they may acquire some players to increase their squad depth. This will be done so as to keep their performance intact despite an injury or mishappening. Here are three players we think that the Boston Celtics can acquire this season to seal their title.
Andre Drummond of the Chicago Bulls to the Boston Celtics
The Chicago Bulls are expected to rebuild this season and they would fancy flipping Andre Drummond for some assets. The Celtics can use him as their rotational player since he has a good rebounding record. He has been doing a similar job for the Chicago Bulls and would fit the bill perfectly.

Cedi Osman of the San Antonio Spurs to the Boston Celtics
The San Antonio Spurs are going to rebuild as well and they have similar goals as the Chicago Bulls. The Boston Celtics have below average stats in the third quarter. Cedi Osman can come off the bench to continue the momentum enabling the starters to finish off a high again at the end.

Alex Caruso of the Chicago Bulls to the Boston Celtics
The Boston Celtics would land arguably the best defensive guard in the league if they do this trade. Alex Caruso might be a steal deal if they manage to land him now. Although the Chicago Bulls want to trade him for a haul, if the Celtics wait and bargain enough, they might get him at a cheaper price.
The Boston Celtics have been doing everything right. Should they really make changes to something which has been working fine for them? Will they push past their limits? We’ll keep you updated.
