The Los Angeles Lakers have finally signed Avery Bradley in a new deal after free agency ended. The Lakers have almost spent their whole budget and Bradley was signed for a two-year, $9.7-million deal. As they were unable to get Kawhi Leonard, the Lakers filled their roster with a lot of average players. Lakers team will be fully packed in the next NBA season and it will be hard to decide which players will play and sit on the bench.
The team is going strong and the duo of LeBron James and Anthony Davis is ready to take on their opponents. Even though the Lakers might not have a third-star player, they have now a lot of players to do the job. Here are the free agency deals the Lakers have made in 2019 and how can their new coach Frank Vogel handle the rotation of players.
Lakers Free Agency NBA Deals
Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram and Josh Hart were given to the team of New Orleans Pelicans as part of the Anthony Davis deal. Ivica Zubac, Mo Wagner, and Lance Stephenson left the Lakers team in free agency. Michael Beasley and Isaac Bonga were also traded out as part of new NBA deals.
The Lakers were able to retain Kyle Kuzma, Rajon Rondo and JaVale McGee. Even names such as Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Alex Caruso were retained. DeMarcus Cousins was also recently added to the Lakers roster. Along with that, names such as Danny Green and Troy Daniels. Quinn Cook was also traded in the free agency by the Warriors. Jared Dudley and Talen Horton-Tucker were also offered a deal by the Lakers, which they accepted without any second thoughts.
New Coach to change Line-up
The Lakers have once again signed Frank Vogel as their new head coach to handle the difficult situation. Vogel and his assistant Ron Adams have a lot of experience in dealing with such kind of things. There won’t be many problems in handling LeBron James and Anthony Davis now.
Cousins, Kuzma, Rondo and Green will be given a lot of chances to start the game. At the same time, Bradley, Caldwell-Pope, McGee, and Cook might also be on the playing list. The Lakers have made a solid roster and if the players are properly rotated, they have a sure shot chance at winning the NBA 2020 title.
