The Washington Wizards’ forward Kyle Kuzma is set to move to the Sacramento Kings. The 28-year-old is expected to be a part of the Kings’ roster next season. After suffering for a very long time, the Kings have cracked the code. They had a comparatively brilliant season this time and would love to make the last leap towards the title this time.
The Kings got knocked out in the first round last time, and they would not like to replicate the same. They need to sign a few good players who can help them in getting what they want. Wizards’ Kyle is on their wish list. Can they land him this summer? Here is all the information you need about the trade between the Sacramento Kings and the Washington Wizards involving Kyle Kuzma.
What would the Kings offer for Kyle Kuzma?
The Kings are expected to offer Harrison Barnes and Keegan Murray in exchange for Kyle Kuzma. They were not able to qualify for 16 seasons in a row and that is an NBA record. A lot of teams have been through this phase, including the Wizards, but now they have made changes. Trading off Kyle while they rebuild looks like a good option since they have already traded Bradley Beal.

Why would the Wizards trade-off Kyle Kuzma?
Kuzma was speculated to be traded by the Wizards, but they chose to extend him. It was probably done to increase his trade value, and even if they can’t trade him this summer, a deal around the trade deadline is something they would have on their minds. They can get more assets or money in that case. Getting Murray and Barnes would strengthen the roster as well.

Why would the Kings like to sign Kyle Kuzma?
Apparently, Kyle is the best player involved in this trade, and even though Murray can be their future, Kyle is a much better player. He is versatile. He can defend, assist, and can create his own shot too. Adding Kuzma would surely make the Kings a better team.
The Kings are going to try everything they can to build the roster and contend for the title. Will they be able to land Kuzma? We’ll keep you updated.
