Mitchell is a superstar. Period. The Nets do not have a player who can be the face of the team. Mitchell is on the list of top NBA guards. He is the guy they need. The Cavaliers are getting a hefty amount of assets and players via this deal. It strengthens their squad, increases their depth, and gives them assets and the players they want. It would be hard to say goodbye to their star, but if they manage to do so, they would be competing for the title very soon, keeping in mind the talent and future prospects they would receive.
