Why would the Timberwolves like to trade Damian Lillard?
The only reason the Timberwolves are up for this trade is the possibility that they have already talked to and convinced the player to come to them. Otherwise, it’s just absurd to trade Karl Anthony for a player who might not even show up for training.
If things go right, Damian’s signing will be the absolute best for the Timberwolves. Anthony Edwards and Damian Lillard together will run riots with their offensive skills.
