New Girl Season 7 is finally returning and that too, on the online streaming giant platform, Netflix. The seventh season is going to return after 3 years since the previous season which left us with a cliffhanger.
Geek.com confirmed that the show will be available on Netflix from 10 April, 2019.
New Girl Season 7 plot
New Girl season 7 will feature Jess Day (Zooey Deschanel) and Nicholas Miller (Jake Johnson) returning from a book tour and contemplating marriage. However, there is a twist.
Jess agrees to work with her ex-boyfriend’s (Dermot Mulroney) non-profit company. And of course, Nick Miller does not approve of this idea. So, we will see the constant struggle of Miller and Day to decide whether to get married or not. Deschanel said in an interview,
“Jess wants Nick to propose to her. But, then she decides that she is happy with the way everything is. So, we will have to see.”
Who is in the cast of the upcoming season?
The upcoming season of New Girl will also feature Winston Schmidt (Max Greenfield) and Cecilia Parikh (Hannah Simone) learning to raise their three year old daughter. And on the other hand, Aly Nelson (Nasim Pedrad) and Winston Bishop (Lamorne Morris) are now hitched and will be expecting their first born.
There are a few additions in New Girl season 7. We will be seeing Brian Husky as Merle Streep. Damon Wayans Jr as the Coach, Rob Reiner as Bob Day, Curtis Armstrong as Principal Foster, Nelson Franklin as Robby among others.
And June Diane Raphael will be playing the role of Sadie, David walton will be Sam and David Neher as Benjamin.
