NFL teams are already losing players and it is only just Week 3 of the 2019 season. There are still months remaining for Super Bowl and a lot of teams will need a replacement for their injured players. It is when the NFL free agents come into the picture who couldn’t get a deal during the preseason games. It also includes the names that were cut off from the NFL teams during the roster cuts. NFL free agents such as Eric Berry, Nick Perry, Jay Ajayi, and Matt Kalil could get new deals in the 2019 season.
Eric Berry, Safety
Eric Berry is still a free agent is very hard to digest given he is just 30 years old and was selected as the top five picks in NFL 2010 drafts. In his NFL career, Berry has 445 total tackles, 5.5 sacks, and 14 interceptions. He would be a great fit today in any of the NFL teams and Oakland Raiders could really use him right now. Los Angeles Chargers also have a lot of injured players and they could sign Eric Berry if he is fit enough for the next games.

Nick Perry, Linebacker
Nick Perry was selected as a first-round pick in 2012 by the Green Bay Packers where he got an extension till 2016. He had 11 sacks in the starting campaign but it dropped to just 1.5 2018 NFL season due to his injuries. Perry has a lot of experience and teams such as Chicago Bears, Miami Dolphins or Washington Redskins could really use him in their roster.
Nick Perry had 13 pressures in 9 games last year.
Za'Darius Smith had 10 pressures in Week 1.

Jay Ajayi, Running Back
NFL running backs are often considered to be of a lower value in terms of deal amount but they provide a great contribution to the field. Jay Ajayi was cut by the Philadelphia Eagles for his ACL injuries but he has been cleared in July and is ready for a comeback. Ajayi is just 26 years old and already have an average of 4.5 yards per carry with catching 63 of his 85 targets in the passing game for 419 yards and a score. The Eagles could sign him back or the Washington Redskins can offer him a new deal.

Matt Kalil, Offensive Tackle
Houston Texans decided to remove Matt Kalil after they got Laremy Tunsil in a trade deal with the Miami Dolphins. Kalil is only 30 years and was selected as the first-round pick in NFL 2012 draft, his injuries stopped him from playing in the last few seasons. Now that he is all fit and fine, the New England Patriots could use Matt Kalil to protect their franchise quarterback Tom Brady from any kind of injuries.
Do you want #49ers to sign one-time Pro Bowl LT Matt Kalil, who's currently a free-agent or at least give him a tryout?
