Green Bay Packers fans, get ready for a thrilling new season as the team’s offensive coordinator, Adam Stenavich, shares insights into why the Packers’ offense will be better in 2024.
A More Confident Jordan Love
After finding their stride in the latter half of 2023, the Packers’ offensive unit aims to soar even higher in the coming season, buoyed by quarterback Jordan Love’s growth. Love, who spent the early part of last year adjusting to the field, rallied in the final games, taking the Packers’ offense along with him.

Reflecting on the offensive transformation, Stenavich described it as “night and day,” comparing the team’s early 2023 uncertainty with their newfound clarity. “You didn’t really know what direction you could go yet…how much can you put on these guys’ plates and allow them to go out and execute?” he said. But now, the offense is unified and ready to capitalize on a shared vision.
Green Bay Packers Riding the Momentum into 2024
Despite their early hurdles, the Packers closed the season ranked 11th in total yardage and 12th in scoring. Heading into 2024, Stenavich expects even greater accomplishments, saying, “Now, everyone has a year under their belt, so to speak. It’s been great to just know what these guys are good at.”
Stenavich highlighted the importance of familiarity and the advantage of having a comfortable playbook. “We can go out there right now and just run plays…We can start experimenting faster and taking the next steps with the offense,” he noted. With Love’s increased confidence and a cohesive offensive unit, the Packers are poised to step into a new era of explosive productivity.
Innovation and Evolution in Playcalling
Even with a strong foundation, Stanevich emphasized that sticking to the same old playbook won’t cut it. Innovation is at the heart of his plan for the Packers’ offense in 2024.
“You’re always looking to take the next step,” he said. “You have to keep evolving, so it’s just a matter of what’s our best next step…where you can see, all right, is this the direction we want to go?”
The Packers, who snuck into the playoffs last season as a Wild Card and upset the Dallas Cowboys before falling to the San Francisco 49ers, are looking to sharpen their offensive strategies. Whether it’s dynamic playcalling or unlocking Love’s full potential, the Packers are ready for an electrifying transformation in 2024.
